No Return & No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of electronic and tech-related products, we operate under a strict No Return & No Refund policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind, preference issues, or ordering mistakes.
When Replacement Is Eligible
A replacement may be approved only if the issue is caused by our error, including:
- You received a completely different product than what you ordered.
- The item does not match the description or images displayed on our website.
- The product arrived physically damaged (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
- A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory as proof.
In such approved cases, only a replacement will be issued — refunds are not available.
Replacement Conditions
To qualify for a replacement:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- All original packaging, seals, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not show signs of customer damage or misuse.
- The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
What Is Not Covered
Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product does not meet personal expectations.
- Compatibility issues with your device or system.
- Orders placed mistakenly by the customer.
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
- Used, installed, or tempered products.
How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your case qualifies:
- Contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order Number along with a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Provide clear photos and a complete unboxing video as evidence.
- Our team will review and verify your claim.
- If approved, you will be instructed to return the product to our address.
- After inspection and confirmation, the replacement process will be initiated.
Please note that replacement processing begins only after we receive and verify the returned item.
